About The Position

The Solo Company Driver position offers a competitive compensation structure, with a pay rate of $0.62 per mile. Drivers can expect to cover an average of 2,500 to 3,500 miles per week for over-the-road (OTR) routes, while those opting for week home time typically drive between 2,200 and 2,800 miles weekly. Gross pay averages between $1,350 and $1,500 per week based on a mileage range of 2,300 to 2,500 miles, with potential earnings reaching $1,800 at 3,000 miles and $2,100 at 3,500 miles. Each load generally spans 800 to 1,000 miles, and additional compensation is available for breakdowns, detention, and layovers.

Requirements

At least one year of OTR experience.
No at-fault accidents in the past three years.
Maximum of one major moving violation.
Clean felony record for seven years.
No misdemeanors for two years.
Valid DOT physical.
Valid CDL A that does not expire within three months.
Willingness to drive at night.
Open to driving across all 48 states.

BreakDown Pay $100/day (if the breakdown lasts 8 hours)
Detention Pay $15/hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours (only if specific appointment vs. first come first serve)
Layover Pay $100 (if Detention reaches 8+ hours).
Health benefits become available after 90 days of employment.
Employer covers 50% of health insurance premiums initially.
Employer covers up to 80% of health insurance premiums at the 1-year mark.
Optional: Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week.
Optional: Operational Escrow (Savings Account) to provide driver with consistent paycheck during vacations or other situations.
Bonus opportunities for clean DOT inspections.

MPG 7+: $200
On-Time Pick-Up and Delivery (95%+): $200
Safety Score (95%+) with No Accidents and No Bad DOT Inspections: $200
Evaluations and Raise Opportunities: 90 Days: Up to $0.02/mile increase
1 Year: Up to Additional $0.02/mile increase
Each Year After: $0.01/mile increase
