About The Position

This is a Local home daily position for Intermodal Truck Drivers. We are looking for experienced drivers. We offer more pay with more miles, big bonuses, and high starting CPMs for great earning potential. Drivers are offered great health and dental insurance, plus a retirement plan with company matching. We have options to accommodate your trucking career goals, including OTR, Dedicated, and Local routes. New drivers will start in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Routes are subject to experience and availability in your area.

Requirements

Must be an experienced Class A driver.
Must be able to log 20,000 safe miles (for new drivers).
Must have experience in trucking.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Intermodal trucking.
Willingness to be a Driver Mentor.
Interest in the Lease Purchase program.

Responsibilities

Drive locally and be home daily.
Operate an Intermodal truck.
Log 20,000 safe miles (for new drivers before lane switching).
Help new drivers develop safety-conscious habits (as a Driver Mentor).
Drive solo with freedom and steady pay.
Drive as part of a team to accelerate pay potential.
Run your own mini-business through the Lease Purchase program.
Average 2,500+ miles per week (solo).
Average 5,000 miles per week (team).
Maximize pay with performance pay and fuel incentives.
