About The Position

Universal Logistics is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for immediate career opportunities. We are a leading provider of customized transportation and logistics solutions. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth. We are looking for dedicated drivers for our 2nd shift and overnight positions. We have lanes that are local within TN, and others that require you to be out for 2 days at a time, traveling to KY, SC, NC, AL, and MO. Our drivers deliver to major manufacturers such as FCA, Nissan, Ford, and GM.

Requirements

• Must have a CDL Class A License.
• Full 10 Years of work history required for application.
• Must have a Class A CDL and 120 hours completed at a driving institution if applying for the training program.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of driving experience (Preferred)
• CDL A License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CDL trucks for local and regional routes.
• Deliver goods to various locations including Canton, MS, Smyrna, TN, and other states like KY, SC, NC, AL, and MO.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage detention and wait times effectively.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
