Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet all DOT safety and drug & alcohol requirements
• Accidents, violations, and background reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A CDL tractor-trailer for Midwest regional routes.
• Transport dry van freight with 100% no-touch and drop & hook.
• Adhere to all DOT safety and drug & alcohol requirements.
• Maintain consistent miles.
• Ensure timely delivery of critical loads.

Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,250 – $1,575
• CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)
• Quarterly safety bonuses
• W2 position
• $20/hour detention and breakdown pay
• Up to $2,000 401(k) match

• Home weekly for a 34–48 hour reset
• Typically 5–5.5 days out
• Drivers may take their truck home during home time
• Newer equipment including Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors
