About The Position

We are seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team at LeMay PCR in Frederickson, WA. This position follows a four‑day, 4x10 schedule, working either Monday–Tuesday–Wednesday–Saturday or Tuesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday, with start times between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. The role involves driving a tractor-trailer on a dedicated local route, performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, and interacting courteously with customers. The job requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to learn and use interpersonal skills relating to quality customer service
As verified by a current MVR/driver abstract, all qualifications as defined under DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51 must be met.
At least three years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with expertise operating 53' trailers.
Clean safety and driving record
Able to work in all weather conditions
Ability to deal with the physicality of the job with no issues.
Basic knowledge of truck components to complete pre-and post-trip inspections.

Nice To Haves

Manual transmission is utilized in tractor/trailer equipment.

Responsibilities

Drive a tractor-trailer with a dedicated local route.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluids, safety equipment, and tires.
Ability to perform a physically demanding job, lifting to 50lbs regularly.
Courteous interaction with our customers.
Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Training on Roll Off is a possibility.
