About The Position
Join a high-mileage OTR fleet that pays all miles — empty or loaded — and keeps you moving with no forced dispatch and no NYC runs. This position offers a urine test only, with no hair follicle testing. The fleet utilizes 2025/2026 Volvo 760/860 or Freightliner Cascadia trucks, which are permanently assigned and can be taken home on reset. Equipment includes APU, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, tablet, EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Pilot/Flying J fuel cards. Trucks are governed at 72 MPH, and pets are welcome from day one.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI or SAP history
- Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No reckless driving or 15+ MPH speeding violations
- Maximum of 8 jobs in the past 3 years
- Pass a standard DOT urine test only
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL truck for Over-The-Road (OTR) routes.
- Drive a minimum of 3,200 miles per week.
- Transport goods in reefer or dry van trailers.
- Adhere to a schedule of 2 weeks out / 2 days home or 3 weeks out / 4 days home.
- Utilize company-provided equipment including APU, power inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and tablet.
- Manage fuel and tolls using provided EZ Pass, Pre-Pass, and Pilot/Flying J fuel cards.
- Maintain a safe driving record, adhering to speed limits and traffic laws.
