About The Position
Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of a tractor and multi-compartment chemical tanker to transport and deliver chemical admixture solutions to customers and other Sika locations. This role also involves operating delivery pumping and metering systems to load/offload products, maintaining accurate paperwork to meet State, Federal, and DOT requirements, assisting in limited production of Sika products, monitoring tank levels and inventory, and representing Sika professionally and courteously.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
- Safe driving history
- Ability to climb ladders to top of tanks
- Ability to lift and carry hoses for loading and unloading of product
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor and multi-compartment chemical tanker to transport and deliver chemical admixture solutions.
- Load and offload products using delivery pumping and metering systems.
- Maintain proper and accurate paperwork required by Sika and to meet all State, Federal, and DOT requirements.
- Assist in the limited production of Sika products as directed.
- Monitor levels of tanks, report inventory, and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Exhibit a professional and courteous attitude as a representative of Sika.
