About The Position

Denali Water Solutions is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Route/Grapple Truck Driver to join their growing Fort Myers team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate specialized grapple truck equipment to load, transport, and unload materials along assigned routes. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Current DOT medical card
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles without restrictions
  • Clean motor vehicle record and stable employment history
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial-driving safety requirements
  • Basic computer, smartphone, and electronic logging proficiency
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug screen and background check
  • One to two years of commercial-driving experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A CDL grapple trucks along assigned routes
  • Use grapple equipment to load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
  • Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Maintain accurate driver logs, service tickets, and DOT documentation
  • Use electronic logging devices and mobile communication systems
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, operations, customers, and vendors
  • Keep trucks and equipment clean, safe, and ready for operation
  • Perform basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
  • Follow all company policies and local, state, federal, and DOT regulations
  • Immediately report accidents, injuries, incidents, and safety concerns
  • Attend required safety meetings, training sessions, and operational briefings
  • Work a flexible schedule based on seasonal and operational demands
