About The Position

We are seeking a Class A CDL Roll Off Driver to join our roll-off crew. This role involves hauling construction and demolition debris, wood, concrete, metal, and cardboard between customer sites and our Mount Vernon recycling park. The driver will be responsible for delivering, placing, and retrieving roll-off boxes at residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Dispatches generally stay within the I-5 corridor. The position also requires performing pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring DOT compliance, and maintaining accurate logs. The driver will work directly with customers, representing the company on-site.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Current DOT medical card
Good driving record (MVR will be run)
Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and participate in ongoing random testing

Nice To Haves

Roll-off experience
Experience on job sites or in construction, demolition, or waste hauling
Familiarity with Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and Snohomish county roads
