About The Position

A-Line E.D.S. is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers to support customers throughout Missouri, Illinois, and the Midwest. This is a hands-on driving position that involves hauling flatbed loads, securing freight, and assisting in loading and rigging as needed. Drivers will have an assigned 2023 Volvo or newer, guaranteed weekly pay, weekend home time, and a starting salary of $85,000.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1+ year OTR experience
• Hazmat endorsement — or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Strong safety record and dependable work history
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Willingness to work a variable regional schedule

Responsibilities

• Haul flatbed loads
• Secure freight using straps, chains and tarps
• Assist in loading and rigging as needed
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
• Follow DOT, company and customer safety requirements
• Perform physically demanding work in a safety-sensitive environment
