Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience
- Ability to safely maneuver equipment within rail yard environments
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow customer delivery procedures and protocols
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Pick up staged international containers from the terminal and deliver to customer locations
- Make two turns per day between the terminal and customer locations
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on containers and chassis
- Follow all customer delivery and check-in procedures
- Unattended drop-and-hook deliveries permitted when approved by management
- Regular interaction with rail yard operations
- Container and chassis inspections required daily
