About The Position

TA Services is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 2 years of CDL driving experience for a local driving position. The shift is a 1st Shift, and the driver will be responsible for transporting finished goods and/or raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail/distribution centers. This role involves performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, light preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and internal company policies. The driver will also be responsible for safely maneuvering trucks into loading or unloading positions and promptly reporting any vehicle defects, accidents, or violations. The work environment is fast-paced, involving local deliveries and loading dock environments, with exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Physical work is required, including occasional lifting, climbing, and extended sitting while driving.

Requirements

Class A CDL
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be at least 23 years old
No DWI/DUI on MVR in the past 3 years
No more than one at-fault accident on MVR within the past 3 years
Must pass pre-employment physical and DOT drug screen
