About The Position

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a Driver Merchandiser to deliver beverages on local routes in the DFW Metroplex. Drivers represent the company as brand ambassadors while transporting products and replenishing shelves. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, starting at 5:00 PM and continuing until the route is completed. Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $30.46 per hour based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, and referral bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License issued by only one state or jurisdiction, with no interstate restrictions, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines; minimum age is 21.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Be physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.
• Successfully complete a driver's road test and certification, or provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Be able to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Have at least one year of general work experience.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Local delivery experience and/or at least six months of verifiable driving experience.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience.

Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Communicate with company employees, customers, and shoppers.
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure company assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
