About The Position
ALL Crane Rental of Florida, LLC in Tampa is seeking a professional Class A CDL Heavy Haul Driver experienced in hauling construction equipment and familiar with lowboy, step-deck, and RGN trailers. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits and is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $500.00 after 100 days of continuous employment. The role involves regional driving with occasional overnights and weekend work.
Requirements
- Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR
- Current Medical Examiner's card
- Ability to strap and chain heavy equipment
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery
- Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Nice To Haves
- Experience hauling construction equipment
- Familiarity with lowboy, step-deck, and RGN trailers
Responsibilities
- Transport cranes and crane components in a safe and professional manner
- Operate an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
- Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
- Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
- Perform physically demanding work such as crane assembly/disassembly and rigging
