About The Position

The company is seeking Class A CDL Drivers who are looking for local equipment delivery roles, allowing them to be home at the end of the day. This position is for individuals who enjoy not only driving but also hands-on work with equipment, problem-solving, and being part of a team. Candidates with experience in construction or rental equipment and confidence in driving both manual and automatic transmissions are encouraged to apply. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring evenings and weekends are free.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.)
• Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar)
• Strong awareness of load securement and safety practices
• Clean driving record
• Someone who can handle both the road and the equipment

Responsibilities

• Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
• Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
• Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
• Interacting with customers on-site (you’re the face of the company out there)
• Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation
