About The Position

This role is for CDL Drivers who prefer local equipment delivery, enjoy hands-on work with equipment, problem-solving, and being part of a team, rather than long-haul driving. The position involves driving manual and automatic vehicles and is suitable for individuals with experience in construction or rental equipment. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, ensuring evenings and weekends are free.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.)
• Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar)
• Strong awareness of load securement and safety practices
• Clean driving record
• Someone who can handle both the road and the equipment

Responsibilities

• Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
• Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
• Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
• Interacting with customers on-site (you’re the face of the company out there)
• Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation
