About The Position
AWH Logistics, LLC is seeking experienced Class A delivery drivers for long-term W2 positions. This role involves working exclusively with Lanter Delivery Systems, offering a Monday-Friday night schedule with home daily and no weekends. The company emphasizes working for its employees and provides benefits and health insurance. This is a touch freight position involving unattended commercial deliveries of skidded products, requiring the driver to unload in dedicated delivery areas.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Three years verifiable commercial driving experience (step-van, box truck/sprinter, equivalent size vehicle, etc.) in the past 3 years.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must have valid DOT Medical Card.
- Must have valid Class A CDL.
- Must pass a road test.
- Must consent to a MVR, criminal background check and drug screen (AWH Logistics, LLC must receive a negative result).
- FMCSA Clearinghouse – (CDL Holders) Must consent to annual/limited queries and hold a Not Prohibited status.
- Ability to safely climb into the truck/trailer with/without the lift gate.
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Tractor Trailer experience: 2 years.
