Drive regional routes for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Ridgefield, Washington, serving destinations across the Northwest and beyond. The role offers hourly pay based on experience, overtime, and a safe and on-time bonus. Average weekly pay is $2,007, top weekly pay is $2,579, average annual earnings are $104,371, and top annual earnings are $134,155. Hourly pay is $29–$30.50 for drivers with 0–48 months of experience and $31 for drivers with 49–200 months of experience. Drivers are typically home weekly for a 34-hour reset and handle 2–4 loads per week, with approximately 3–4 stops per load. Days off vary with freight demand, and holiday periods may involve less time off. The freight is dry, and drivers unload trailers using rollers at customer locations. Drivers use sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions and 53-foot dry van trailers. Drivers living more than 50 miles from Ridgefield must have a safe, authorized place to park the truck.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.
At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities
