Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) issued by the state of legal residence.
• Minimum of 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience required.
• Current DOT Medical Card/Medical Certification.
• Must meet applicable DOT and company safety requirements.
• Ability to maintain a reliable attendance record.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
• Must be able to satisfy all applicable pre-employment screening requirements consistent with federal, state, and local law.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating commercial vehicles in a transportation, distribution, or delivery environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience with drop-and-hook operations.
• Previous experience in the linen, uniform, food service, or distribution industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
• Perform Drop & Hook operations.
• Handle No Touch Freight transportation.
• Transport products between company facilities and assigned locations.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and required transportation documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns promptly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and operations teams.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle cleanliness.
• Provide reliable and professional transportation services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
