The role requires coordinating and handling mechanical mechanisms to deliver emulsion, picking up and transporting goods, inventory, hazardous materials, and other cargo. Responsibilities include maintaining driving and delivery logs, confirming load contents against manifest documents, and tracking/reporting working hours. The role also involves loading/unloading and transporting materials, including overhead bin loading requiring fall protection. A key duty is operating mobile manufacturing units (MMUs) onsite at customer locations to create bulk products for blasting, ensuring consistent quality. Daily operations and maintenance of Austin Powder location and customer sites are also part of the role, along with completing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needs. Compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies for the delivery of bulk and packaged explosives is essential. The role requires precise control of chemicals into the product when operating mobile manufacturing equipment.
