About The Position

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated fleet located in Ontario, CA. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for local driving, ensuring you are home every day/night. Your primary duties will involve transporting bulk commodities using a drop and hook method. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with up to a 5% company match.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License & Medical Card.
• At least 1 year(s) recent Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR (DMV) printout; must provide current MVR <30 days.
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements; physical and driving.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
• Ability to physically lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary pre and post inspection paperwork.
• Scale all loads in the yard.
• Ensure all shipment and billing paperwork is completed properly.
• Deliver trailers to all types of yards and place them in the customer’s specified location.
• Provide a club yard check and trailer mileage at the time of delivery.
• Meet with customer staff and provide excellent customer service.
