About The Position
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated fleet located in Ontario, CA. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for local driving (home every day/night) transporting bulk commodities with a drop & hook method. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License & Medical Card
- At least 1 year(s) recent Class A driving experience
- Clean MVR (DMV) printout, must provide current MVR <30days
- Ability to meet all DOT requirements; physical and driving
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule
- Ability to physically lift 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete all necessary pre and post inspection paperwork and scale all loads in the yard.
- Ensure all shipment and billing paperwork is completed properly.
- Deliver trailers to all types of yards and place them in the customer’s specified location.
- Provide a club yard check and trailer mileage at the time of delivery.
- Meet with customer staff and provide excellent customer service.
