About The Position

W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Delivery Driver for overnight work. This is a local delivery position, not an over-the-road role, and drivers are home every day. The position offers guaranteed eight hours of pay and work per day, with daily overtime available. Drivers work independently to make accurate, timely deliveries and pickups while providing customer service and following applicable safety and traffic regulations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical certificate.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work overnight.
• Meet time limits and deadlines.
• Accurately drop off and pick up deliveries.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Obtain client signatures.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and traffic laws and regulations.
• Solve problems and address customer concerns when appropriate.
