About The Position

Clove Excavators is a family-owned and managed paving and excavating contractor with 20 years of service in the Hudson Valley. We undertake projects of all scales for both private clients and municipalities, driven by a dedicated team committed to completing work. We are looking for experienced Class A / B CDL Drivers to join our team in Poughkeepsie, NY. The role involves transporting asphalt and stone to various construction sites across the Hudson Valley. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with frequent overtime and Saturday work, particularly during the summer months.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience driving a standard transmission triaxle truck
• Clean and valid NYS Class B commercial driver’s license
• OSHA 10 Construction required prior to starting
• Current Medical/Physical Card
• Motivated, “can-do” attitude

Responsibilities

• Transporting asphalt and stone to various construction sites throughout the Hudson Valley.
