This role involves early morning starts, with shifts beginning around 03:30, offering autonomy and the afternoons free. You will be responsible for accurately picking orders, loading your vehicle, and delivering baked goods to multiple customers daily, requiring strong customer service skills and professionalism. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and transport legislation is also key.

Requirements

Full UK Driving Licence with Class C entitlement
Digital Tacho Card
Full Driver CPC

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance

Responsibilities

Accurately pick orders from delivery notes or an electronic device.
Load your own vehicle with baked goods.
Deliver to multiple customers daily.
Provide top-notch service, build strong relationships, and maintain professionalism with customers.
Manage difficult conversations in a calm manner.
Act as an ambassador for the brand.
Relay faults on defect forms, demonstrating knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and transport legislation (Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, Highway Code, etc.).
