Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional truck driving experience
  • Expertise driving at least one of these trucks: End Dump, Truck and Pup, Belly Dump, Low Bed (6–9 Axle), Slide Axle Trailer, Step Deck, Long Haul
  • Driver’s License held for at least 3 years
  • Able to travel to the United States
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • If you can operate more than one type of truck, that’s a plus—but not required.
  • Heavy hauling and self-loading experience are considered strong assets
  • Valid First Aid certification is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and in compliance with Caste Rock Enterprises safety protocols and operational standards
  • Operate a variety of specialized trucks, including: End Dump, Truck and Pup, Belly Dump, Low Bed (6–9 Axle), Slide Axle Trailer, Step Deck, Long Haul
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical concerns or damage
  • Transport and deliver gravel to job sites
  • Maintain accurate records using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
