About The Position

The Clamp Truck Operator is responsible for moving large paper rolls (raw materials) through the plant to and from the production area, and for loading and unloading trailers. This is a very fast-paced environment with high production goals. The role requires the candidate to be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma, willing to work overtime as needed, and comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment exposed to heat and cold. Applicants will be subject to a post-offer background check, physical, and drug screening. The company also utilizes an AON Operations test. The operator must follow all safety rules and practices, maintain housekeeping continually during the assigned shift, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma
Willing to work overtime as needed
Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment; exposed to heat and cold
Must pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
2 years of experience in manufacturing environment required
2 or more years of Clamp truck driving experience required

Nice To Haves

Corrugated Industry experience a plus
2 or more years of Industrial truck operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities
