This role is responsible for the production of Clams Casino, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations. The position requires working in a refrigerated environment and performing various physical tasks. Requirements

Must be able to read and write in English and perform basic mathematics
Must have the sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks without supervision
Must be able to adapt and react to changing needs and priorities
Adhere to high standards of sanitation and hygiene
Work in a refrigerated environment as low as 30 degrees
Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the cold room.
Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including proper use of protective clothing and equipment.
Monitor and maintain cold room temperature and conditions to ensure food safety.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Report any issues with equipment or facilities to the supervisor.
Participate in regular safety training and drills.
