About The Position

The Data and Insights Squad Product Owner leads the squad responsible for defining, developing, and tracking key business, usage, productivity, and platform performance metrics for Adjuster Desktop and related capabilities. This role partners with multiple squads and stakeholders to ideate, implement, and continuously improve metrics that measure usage, and productivity gains pre- and post-deployment. The Product Owner will shape and own the digital vision and roadmap for data-driven insights, prioritizing for end user impact and business value.

Requirements

  • Defining, developing, and tracking key business, usage, productivity, and platform performance metrics for Adjuster Desktop and related capabilities.
  • Partnering with multiple squads and stakeholders to ideate, implement, and continuously improve metrics that measure usage, and productivity gains pre- and post-deployment.
  • Shaping and owning the digital vision and roadmap for data-driven insights, prioritizing for end user impact and business value.
  • Developing relevant dashboards in partnership with the Claims Business Intelligence team.
  • Creating data visualizations and transforming data into innovative dashboard designs with UX teams.
  • Understanding functionalities being developed and implementing metrics that measure usage and productivity gain pre- and post-deployment.
  • Continuously tracking metrics, deriving and presenting trends to Product Owners and leadership team.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and representing the voice of the customer.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across digital transformation domains to ensure overall alignment.
  • Prioritizing the squad backlog in partnership with the Data & Insights tech lead.
  • Defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories/epics/tasks daily, including dependencies with other squads.
  • Facilitating planning of team sprints to reaffirm priorities and agree on business requirements.
  • Specifying acceptance criteria for each user story and writing acceptance tests.
  • Understanding data gaps and working with the data team to bridge gaps and generate better insights.
  • Integrating usability studies and research into solution requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Owning holistic team performance to business objectives and outcomes to deliver Chubb’s digital claim experience.
  • Balancing cross-functional inputs to set direction for squad and owning the solution strategy.
  • Coaching development and design teams with detailed guidance during solution development.

Responsibilities
