The Claims Systems Coordinator will gain deep knowledge of claims software systems, managing activities related to planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing of this software. The role also involves regular communication with business and technical personnel to facilitate software changes and troubleshoot system errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field
  • Strong computer aptitude and comfort working with data; exposure to Excel, SQL, VBA, or similar tools gained through coursework, work experience, or personal projects

Responsibilities

  • Acquire intimate knowledge of our claims software systems
  • Effectively manage business activities concerning the planning, development, programming, maintenance, and testing of the claims software
  • Communicate with business and technical personnel on a regular basis to facilitate software changes and troubleshoot system errors
