Claims Supervisor - Medical Only Workers Compensation
About The Position
The Claims Supervisor leads a Workers Compensation claims team handling medical-only claims in New York. This fully remote role is responsible for guiding the team to deliver high-quality, efficient service in accordance with Gallagher Bassett’s Best Practices. The supervisor oversees adjuster hiring and training, defines team goals, manages workloads, and supports performance and continuous improvement. The role also involves using Gallagher technology to improve efficiency and service quality, communicating proactively with clients, carriers, and brokers, and coaching team members to support their development.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 10 years of related claims experience.
- Appropriate licenses and/or certifications in all states where claims are handled.
- Knowledge of all team-member-related functions.
- New York license.
