Use your customer service skills to help Texas Life provide our policyholders with a benefit payment when they have experienced the loss of a loved one. You’ll be the main contact when a beneficiary calls our company and will process the claim to completion. Our Claims Specialists provide quality customer service to internal and external customers primarily relating to claims, policy changes, and policy endorsements.
