About The Position
Scott Insurance is hiring a Claims Specialist in Lynchburg, Virginia. The role monitors and assists Personal Lines and Select clients with claims reporting and helps resolve client issues throughout the claims process. The Claims Specialist works in a dynamic, team-centric environment serving primarily mid-market companies.

- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in reporting claims.
- Resolve claim problems as they arise.
- Keep account managers informed of important milestones.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
