About The Position

As an Experienced Auto Claims Specialist, you’ll leverage your expertise to manage cases and contribute to your team’s success. You’ll be at the heart of our commitment to outstanding customer service. You’ll manage multiple steps impacting the claims life cycle, providing guidance, support, and solutions to policyholders during times of uncertainty. Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the extent of coverage and assess any potential fraud.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
