Responsibilities

Manage clients' personal injury claims from beginning to end, working closely with attorneys.
Send correspondence, prepare demand packages, and communicate with adjusters as directed by attorneys.
Ensure complete case files by gathering all necessary medical records and other documents.
Respond to client emails, text messages, and phone calls.
Work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Draft letters.
Track all medical treatment.
Schedule appointments and phone calls.
Update the case management system.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and the rest of the team.
Engage in teamwork.
