About The Position

As our Claims Service Representative on the Business Insurance Claims team, you’ll be the key connector between clients, service staff, and insurance carriers. You’ll handle claim information processing, guide clients through reporting procedures, and keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also support our Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates, preparing reports, and helping resolve client questions. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help ensure a seamless, efficient claims experience for everyone involved.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience processing and managing Property & Casualty insurance claims with accuracy
  • Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
  • Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation
  • Proficiency with software systems, including Excel
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy
  • Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers
