Arbella is seeking a Claims Service Assistant II to join their team. This role is hybrid and focuses on providing exceptional customer service to customers experiencing glass loss claims. The Claims Service Assistant acts as an advocate for customers, guiding them through the claims process and supporting the Glass Claim team. This position also provides general support to the Claim department. No prior insurance experience is necessary, as training will be provided for those with strong customer service and communication skills.
