About The Position
Metro Public Adjustment is looking for individuals interested in helping homeowners receive the maximum amount from their insurance claims. This role offers the opportunity to build your own business, with ongoing training and development provided. The position can be worked part-time or full-time, and can be done either in-person or remotely.
Requirements
- No prior experience in public adjusting is required.
- Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Public Adjuster License
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and business owners after property damage
- Conduct a virtual or in person walk-through inspection of the property to identify damage that may be covered under insurance
- Educate property owners about their rights under their insurance policy
- Interpret insurance policies (training provided)
- Fill out paper work, as needed, to process claims
- Provide exceptional customer service and address clients' needs.
- Generate your own referral network through contractors, real estate professionals, restoration companies, and local relationships
- Work alongside our experienced claims team from inspection through settlement
- Build a book of business with long-term earning potential
- Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Public Adjuster License (training provided)
- Complete licensing guidance and professional training
