Requirements
- College Degree preferred or the equivalent of 2+ years in a retail brokerage or agency.
Responsibilities
- Contact insurance carrier for adjuster contact information & claim number assignment & provide same information to insured
- Review claim status and assist to provide documentation between insured and insurance carrier until claim is closed
- Obtain loss runs via insurance carrier websites
- Forward claim documentation including subpoena and suit papers to the insurance carrier for timely response
- Provide claim updates of reserves/closures to CEO, Operations Manager, Producer, & Account Manager
- Handles all duties assigned by agency management
