About The Position

As the Claims Representative, you will be responsible for the evaluation, investigation and resolution of individual death claims within established guidelines. You will be providing a superior customer experience to our clients.

Requirements

Strong math or insurance background
Strong, proven customer service experience and skills

Nice To Haves

Some college or equivalent work experience
Continuing education through achievement of a LOMA designation and/or the ICA Associate, Life and Health Claims designation

Responsibilities

evaluation, investigation and resolution of individual death claims within established guidelines
Providing superior customer service to our customers
Processing and approving claim payments
Providing prompt and accurate correspondence to internal and external customers
Maintaining accurate and complete financial records
Evaluating, analyzing and investigating claims
