About The Position
As a Medical Claims Detective, you will utilize your problem-solving skills to manage low-complexity workers’ compensation claims. This involves examining details, determining coverage, and calculating payment amounts owed. You will receive support from a manager and have access to top-notch claims technology.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Manage assigned Workers Compensation Medical Only/low complexity claims with supervision and guidance from the manager utilizing current Claims technology.
- Conduct thorough investigations in order to determine coverage and claim payment amounts owed.
- Proactive file management.
- Adequate reserving.
- Participate in training activities.
- Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service.
- Adhere to department audit guidelines.
