Requirements

Must be able to complete a typing test/Please do not take typing test via phone.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a required drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
Must have strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Basic data entry skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Sort, prepare, and scan up to 2,000 insurance claims and related documents daily.
Enter claim data into client systems throughout the workday.
Perform repetitive document handling tasks in a fast-paced environment (removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents, copying document types, and inserting patch sheets to separate claims).
Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Cross train in all areas.
