About The Position

The Claims Payment Clerk is responsible for issuing payments on approved claims to repair facilities, part vendors, inspections companies and contract holders. At Cadence Innovations Group, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate for success in your job responsibilities, which also include: Review approved claims and match them with incoming invoices to issue payments to RF’s Take calls from RFs concerning issues with the invoice and/or payment Contact repair facilities with any issues that may slow down or hinder payment Work as a flexible team player to meet accounting goals and objectives Additional job-related responsibilities as requested by management All work is time sensitive and managed through a phone queue and email. Some accounting experience is preferred; accuracy and attention to detail are a must.

Requirements

1-2 years prior work experience
Accounting clerk experience preferred
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
Strong typing, and multi-tasking skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to quickly adapt to new and emerging technologies
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Word experience required
Basic Internet Navigation skills required
Ability to work in an office environment daily and sit for extended periods of time working at a desk

Some college preferred.
