Works with internal and external customers to ensure the quick processing of total loss claims.

Responsibilities

• Title processing, including reviewing paperwork prior to sending to vendor for review
• Speaking with vehicle owners and explaining the paperwork process
• Making lien-holder phone calls
• Providing final pay documentation to adjusters
• Inventory management
• Communicating with various vendors
• Issuing invoice payments
• Ordering supplies
