In this role, you will interact with insured at time of loss notification and perform initial coverage review. You will ensure all initial claim investigations are executed with timeliness and accuracy. You will work with multiple departments/functions in the resolution of customer issues, and facilitate and expedite the workflow between the field and home offices. You will also provide full-range of administrative office and management support, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.
