About The Position

Castlemain helps people understand, access, and engage with class action settlements and community programs. Their work focuses on supporting claimants with trauma-informed, culturally grounded communications, backed by expert project management and community-focused care. They partner with law firms, governments, Indigenous organizations, and administrators on national programs. Communication and community support are designed to respect the dignity of community members and support the wellness of everyone involved. Castlemain has over 200 team members, many of whom are Indigenous, and delivers services in English, French, and several Indigenous languages. This role will be largely dedicated to the Federal Indian Hospitals Settlement. Castlemain's role in implementing the Federal Indian Hospitals Claimant Support Program is to provide navigational supports to Class Members in the Claims Process.
