About The Position

Rite Rug has been one of the top flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a detail oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team! This position offers a salary of $40,000 a year. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all supplier and manufacturer claims are filed and proper credits are received and applied.

Requirements

• Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their specific requirements
• Communicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner.
• Obtain samples as needed
• Coordinate returns
• Make sure proper credits are received and applied
• Maintain a good relationship with vendors and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned
