About The Position
Investigate and pursue claims against other parties who have damaged company property and maximize financial recoveries in a fair and equitable manner. Develop working relationships with company personnel and outside parties to facilitate the timely resolution of pending claims. Responds to claim inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrates good communication skills (both written and orally) when interacting with clients, management, and other outside agencies. Ability to stay organized to manage the volume of assigned claims.
