About The Position
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with healthcare claims, data research, validation, and Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Coding or claims experience is highly preferred, along with familiarity with Adobe, FixIt, MS Word, and Luminix.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant operational/analytical experience.
- 1–2 years of data entry experience.
- Strong claims support, research, data validation, and Excel skills.
- Microsoft Excel is a MUST HAVE.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Medical Coding or healthcare claims experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Adobe, FixIt, MS Word, and Luminix is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Responsibilities
- Research and resolve operational/system issues.
- Analyze data, identify root causes, and support process improvements.
- Validate claims/data and maintain operational documentation.
- Develop and execute testing methods and document results.
- Provide process/system support and assist with user training.
