About The Position

The Claims Analyst I has the primary responsibility of posting all daily incoming cash to the AR. Including 835's, EFT and mail deposits. This position ensures that patients and insurance company payments and adjustments are properly deposited, posted and balanced for all payment types. Collaborates with the rest of the PFS team to streamline workflows to maximize clean accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Accounts Receivable / Cash Posting experience
• Customer service background
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally, and non-verbally, in a clear, concise manner, both orally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree preferred
• Multi-task background preferred
• 1 - 2 years hospital PFS department experience preferred
